CONNECT WITH GREG:
Greg Jones, Sr. is the Founder and Director of Jonesie Golf in Mobile, Alabama. He was a State Farm agent in Mobile for nine years, but in January 2018 his love and passion for golf drew him back into the full-time business of golf.
Greg has been involved in the sport of golf for over 40 years as a player, coach, and mentor. He is a former Division I Golf coach, having served 6 years as the Head Coach at Louisiana State University and 6 years at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. He has enjoyed great success as a collegiate coach and as a lifetime player.
Among those who are lifetime friends, Greg is known for his compassion and integrity. He will not miss an opportunity to help and encourage others, especially young men. His gift of imparting hope and confidence in others has propelled many people, especially the young men he has coached, directly into their successful destinies. He is truly a developer of leaders who show compassion and integrity in all they do.
Greg has two children, Gregory and Liz. Together, they volunteer in community efforts that help and bless young people. They also love to travel and can often be found combining different golfing opportunities and venues into their plans.
CONNECT WITH ANGELA:
Professionally, Angela is founder and owner of AMPED Marketing. Through her business, she has the opportunity to develop effective and efficient marketing campaigns and strategies for clients and to work closely with media representatives. Angela says, “Establishing good relations produces optimal results and fills me with joy.”
With a lengthy and successful track record in national marketing, she is fondly known for encouraging others to achieve their goals and dreams. “I enjoy assisting with identifying solutions to what may appear to be obstacles,” Angela says. This statement beautifully demonstrates her heart’s desire and her worthy reputation for genuinely helping others to be the best they can be in life.
Angela makes her home in Salisbury, Maryland with her husband, Dave. They enjoy exploring the many treasures of their local community and the surrounding region – especially when they can share the experiences with family and friends. She is also blessed to share her life with an incredible personal ‘Board of Directors’ in the multitude of friendships and associates in her circle of life.
CONNECT WITH ANTHONY:
Tony Celestine is the Assistant Director on the Administrative Team at the Calcasieu Parish Office of Juvenile Justice Services in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He has been a valued member of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, Juvenile Justice Services since 1995.
His prior roles included Juvenile Probation Officer, Special Projects Coordinator, Training Coordinator, and Detention Director. He faithfully upholds the mission of the Office of Juvenile Justice Services, which is to consistently provide quality rehabilitative services designed for youth offenders and their families in a manner that is responsive to their needs, while always being mindful of public safety.
An alumni of McNeese State University (1994), Tony earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma fraternity. Tony is a life-long learner and he holds professional certifications with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Applied Leadership Network, the Calcasieu Regional Law Enforcement Academy, and the Crisis Prevention Intervention Institute.
His wisdom and strength of character are greatly enhanced by his fun-loving personality and willingness to stop on a dime to help those in need. He is regarded by others as a Leader’s leader.
Tony and his wife, Angela, live life together in a fun-loving and positive way. Together, they are greatly impacting many lives through their individual careers, their network of friends, and their ministry efforts in their local church. Both are seasoned professionals, yet they each value time together and quality time with their three daughters. Together, their exuberance and love for the best interests of others is contagious.
