Tony Celestine

Board Member, Countless Joys

Tony Celestine is the Assistant Director on the Administrative Team at the Calcasieu Parish Office of Juvenile Justice Services in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He has been a valued member of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, Juvenile Justice Services since 1995.

His prior roles included Juvenile Probation Officer, Special Projects Coordinator, Training Coordinator, and Detention Director. He faithfully upholds the mission of the Office of Juvenile Justice Services, which is to consistently provide quality rehabilitative services designed for youth offenders and their families in a manner that is responsive to their needs, while always being mindful of public safety. 

An alumni of McNeese State University (1994), Tony earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma fraternity. Tony is a life-long learner and he holds professional certifications with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Applied Leadership Network, the Calcasieu Regional Law Enforcement Academy, and the Crisis Prevention Intervention Institute.

His wisdom and strength of character are greatly enhanced by his fun-loving personality and willingness to stop on a dime to help those in need. He is regarded by others as a Leader’s leader.

Tony and his wife, Angela, live life together in a fun-loving and positive way. Together, they are greatly impacting many lives through their individual careers, their network of friends, and their ministry efforts in their local church. Both are seasoned professionals, yet they each value time together and quality time with their three daughters. Together, their exuberance and love for the best interests of others is contagious.

Julie Richard

Board Member, Countless Joys

Julie Richard is the Founder of The Lovewell Project founded in 2019 and based in Jennings, LA. Fueled by Julie’s personal experiences and life lessons learned, the mission of The Lovewell Project is to impact and love women through the truths and gospel of Jesus Christ. “Love God. Love Yourself. Love People.”

Julie’s professional career centered in Chemical Engineering roles in the Oil & Gas Industry where she contributed her expertise for 20 years. She retired from Phillips66 in 2016.

An alumni of McNeese State University (1997), Julie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Julie is a life-long learner and holds professional certifications as a Black Belt in Six Sigma, Sales and Leadership Coach with Codebreaker Technologies, and Nutritional Specialist.

Julie’s fun-loving, highly intellectual strengths are so beautifully blended with her wisdom and compassion in loving others well and helping many people step into their life purpose and wellness. She is loved by many and greatly valued for her ability to see the big picture of purpose and planning while living and thriving in the present.

Julie and her husband, Jared, are faithful in serving others in their church family and the local community. They are the parents to three adult children and two ‘littles’ in their super-cool blended family. And now, they are called Pops and Honey by two precious grand babies. Together, their individual brilliance coupled with their hilarious sense of humor and awesome synergy simply bring joy to so many lives.

Cathleen Mancino

Board Member, Countless Joys

Cathleen Mancino is an ACC level ICF certified Coach and former 26 year Tech Company CEO. She knows how to do scary, hard stuff! Cathleen had to face seemingly insurmountable obstacles building a Tech company and then selling it in 2018.

She founded The Slingshot-Method and Girl Unafraid to empower professionals to overcome obstacles by unleashing fearlessness. She believes that all of us have infinite potential to be, do and have lives of impact and legacy. Cathleen is on a mission to evangelize and promote abundant living by Coaching professional women on how to cultivate and curate what she calls a “personal and professional living masterpiece.” She lives her masterpiece mentally and spiritually by designing a journaling and self-discovery practice that she incorporates into her Coaching programs.

She lives with an abundance mindset by being Darek’s wife of 31 years, a ridiculously proud mom of 2 men; an NFL Lineman and a sophomore at Vanderbilt. She is rich in sisterhood! She has four amazing sisters and she is an identical twin. She believes in lifelong friendships. She is a prolific volunteer for all things women and children. She loves to read, write, travel the world, laugh at corny jokes and run a few marathons.

Altogether, Cathleen is a perfect-fit for serving as a Trusted Advisor with Countless Joys and the mission of “Touching the Lives of Others with Joy”, as she exudes joy and joyFULLness in her life! We are blessed to have this full-blooded Jersey girl on our side!
